• Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team by providing strategic advice, analysis and management information on all aspects of the school’s resources.

• Lead the strategic provision and operational management of the AoLE, including Welsh (First Language and Second Language).

• Drive curriculum development and innovation, ensuring contemporary, high‑quality learning experiences across all key stages.

• Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of teachers, fostering a culture of collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement.
