Lord Lieutenant Cadet Duties

Martha Ashcroft, Year 12, is a Lord Lieutenant Cadet, and has undertaken an impressive list of duties recently, listed below. We are very proud of her achievements, and look forward to hearing more about her upcoming duties in due course.

6th July 2022: Royal Visit to the National Botanical Gardens.

Notably, Lord Lieutenant of Dyfed (Sara Edwards), High Sheriff ( D R Rees-Evans), Chief Constable (Dr Richard Lewis), Mark Drakeford, and King (then Prince) Charles in attendance.

11th September 2022: Proclamation at Carmarthenshire County Council.

15th September 2022: Memorial Service for previous Lord Lieutenant, the Hon Robin William Lewis OBE, at St Marys Church, Tenby.

16th September 2022: A Service of Prayer and Reflection for Queen Elizabeth II at St Pauls cathedral, Llandaff.

18th September 2022: Service of Commemoration and Thanksgiving for the life of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at St David’s cathedral, Haverfordwest.
