There are many factors that help us be fit and healthy. One of these components is BALANCE and is a key factor in many sports and maintaining an everyday healthy lifestyle.
As a part of YBD PE lessons pupils take part in some fitness test. There are lots of fitness test out there and the STORK STAND is one of them.

Find out some practices/drills/ techniques that can improve your static balance, and do them at least twice a day for a week.
For example some people say you should focus your eyes on one point just ahead of you to improve your balance.
